Salam Aidiladha.
Woke up at 6 am local time and not a hint of smell of Aidiladha :) Had my usual breakfast - bread, eggs, cookies and juice - sedap gila. Betul.
Things are slow and quiet here. Hotel is excellent. I had good rest after four days of walking like mad. Its a bit far from town but the hotel provide free shuttle service at specific time.
Yesterday, i had a good time exploring the town again, alone. I knew i will be sesat inside the maze, but then i know i will be okay as long as i can find the sea.
I wrote few postcards and enjoying my geletto while walking all over the places, not to forget 'little venice' of Mykonos.
I love Mykonos. Everything in white washed colour with hint of vibrant colours (blue, pink, green). How can i not love Mykonos.
At night again i spent one hour walking around the town. Thought of having a seafood dinner but then.. aduh mahal sangat. I read over the internet, the bill for one dish of fish and wine for two pax goes up to usd 350. Gila ah.
Mykonos popular for its happening night life, but now its going to winter lots of shop and cafe closed.
As i stroll along the sea side, i cant help to think how i ended here - in one of famous Greek island. It was not in the plan at all. But, it is a pleasant gift for myself for my birthday :)
If this is my last travel trip (for 2012), for sure it is one of the memorable ones :)
