I miss blogging. Its been a while now.
Somehow i felt that talking and writting requires a lot of energy. Lebih-lebih lagi kalau benda yang sama, berulang-ulang. Merasakan cakap yang banyak dan berlebihan itu tiada makna. Letih. Sangat letih. Better be quiet.
Few weeks back i had an opportunity to be in other people shoes.
1. Being online customer support for few hours makes me realised its not an easy task. I had my moment whereby i did not know how to answer. Perhaps i think too much. I wanted to answer professionally. But i dont know how. Me being incompetence. Should i just admit the mistakes? If i admit, what will be the next question? Do i have the answer why there are mistakes? Do i need to explains everything to customer (but i also blurr.. so how?) What will be the consequences to the company? Wah. To many question in my head. To add the difficulties, the customer had recorded the data which was difference with the end result. Ayoyo.
Somehow its opens my eyes. To be a customer support you need to take in everything, good or bad. You are answerable to everything even those that are not in yours. You need to have all the answer. No wonder there is punching bag room at EPF call centre.
2. I was stuck in jam for few hours. From office to Airport, then to Uptown and finally to Royal Chulan. More than four hours, boleh sampai kampung dah. The office driver patiently drove the car. Both of us lapar bagai. But nothing much we can do. When we arrived at Royal Chulan, he need to wait until after dinner. Arrived office, he need to wait further. It has been a long day.
I believe i don't have the patience when it comes to waiting, but this post (driver) may look easy, but definitely not my cup of tea.
Begitulah. Nak cari sesuap nasi ada challenges nya yang tersendiri. Pinggan masing-masing but if we can, always try to make other people pinggan less difficult.
