eat pray love

EAT, PRAY, LOVE – Is a true story - a quest to rediscover oneself in three different places : pleasure in Italy, devotion in India and balance in Bali. I know how the story will end… pretty much from the beginning.

I like the EAT part, which in Italy. The author discovers the best pizza, enroll in Italian language classes and learn the romantic Italian culture. Nice. The excitement started to fade when the author travel to India to PRAY and meditate. It’s increasingly annoying as it was too chatty and draggy. I was hoping that Bali would pick up the momentum back.. as it might close to heart – LOVE. Unfortunately - It was just okay.

But, I still like this book. It’s inspiring to see the risk that people willing to take, in order to start an extraordinary journey.

Soon there will be a movie based on this novel, starring Julia Robert,.. oh well. I shall wait.
