My tooth have been hurting me since two months ago.. tapi biasala… kejap kejap sahaja and usually the pain will go away by consuming active-fast. And this time….. It’s NOT. Tak tahu kenapa semalam lepas buat kerja sikit kat office ( ya saya kerja sabtu dan ahad utk mengejar year end closing), gigi ni macam terus mengamuk sakit. So I pack my bag and go home. I didn’t slept last night. The pain is like killing me. Tak keruan jadinya. Sakit nya mak aiiii…. Tuhan je yang tahu. Makan active fast, cuma tahan dua jam… change to ubat kaki tiga, pun tahan dua jam sahaja. Been repeating eating active fast and ubat cap kaki tiga the whole night… sampai jadi takut… kot la pass out.
So, this morning, after sending my weekly report and settle urgent payment, I straight up heading to Doc Au, my favorite dentist at Carrefour. Unfortunately, the clinic closed on Monday. But Dr Au was there and being very helpful. He suggested me to go to kuchai lama branch and give me the pain killer and antibiotic needed. But he told me this will not ease the pain as the pain will only disappeared for two/three hours and come back.
Lucky Linda is on leave and she send me to Kuchai lama branch as I’m no longer able to drive with this heavy pain. Since no appointment being made, the clinic was full and they not able to entertained us. One old uncle is sitting there waiting for his chance to be slot in. So I give up.
I walked to the nearest clinic. Takut. My experience dengan dgn Dr Au, rasanya tiga tahun lepas, masa cabut gigi yang pertama, tak sakit langsung. 10-15 minit siap. But I don’t have other option. I cant wait until tomorrow. The pain dah macam tak tertanggung sakitnya.
So, the lady dentist that i went to said that I have choice either to tampal or remove my gigi geraham, or it'll keep hurting for the rest of my life. Gigi jadi sakit sebab tampal yang asal dah tercabut. So, yang berlubang tu sakit sangat. Since I think the tooth is so badly infected I decided utk cabut terus, thinking that it will be less painful (like before).
Eh… lupa nak cakap… saya memang takut sangat sangat pergi jumpa dr. gigi. Takut sangat sangat okey. So, saya pun menabahkan hati utk melalui semua ni. Mula-mula biasalah, bagi ubat bius dengan jarum yg sangat lah panjang. Saya tahankan saja. Selepas lima suntik kan, masih lagi tak kebas di kawasan lidah. Dr tu kata selalu nya dua sahaja dah kebas. Entah lah. Mana saya nak tahu kenapa. Selepas suntikan yang ke enam, dr tu pun meneruskan tanggungjawabnya… hahha
Setelah mencuba seketika, dentist tu kata gigi saya dah pecah dan deeply rooted. Susah nak keluarkan. Habis di kerjakan gigi saya. At one point, the dentist was wriggling my tooth ke kiri kanan, … but the tooth just wont come out. Degil. Pakai pillars and all `pun tak jalan. So she cut my gum, then tarik lagi dan lagi dan lagi… sampai jaw sakit gila dan senget.
I asked her to stop as I can feel the pain. So tambah dua lagi bius. Then she told me that she needs to cut the tooth. Her assistant put a straw to suck the blood while she uses the machine to cut the tooth. Bau hangit dan mcm mcm rasa kat mulut buat saya rasa nak pitam. Airmata dah mengalir dah menahan nya.
Then she add two more jap utk bius. Dah tak terkata apa dah saya. Berdoa sahaja agar cepat selesai. So bila dah cabut tu, the tooth was huge. Ada 3 roots, (she said usually two) and they were not all pointing down. Roots dia bengkok2 sikit, bengkok ke kiri and... That’s why she had a hard time trying to extract it out.
Ohhh…my. This is my longest entry – I think. Ni baru bangun lepas makan pain killer & antibiotic. I feel so weak. I wish she give me two days of MC… hahaha.. but that’s not the case… pun kerja menunggu di ofc.
So …Happy Swelling! and makan bubur for the rest of the week.
